Response time for Lite service is 4 hours and 8 hours for onsite support. * Half hour of support time is included monthly.

Includes discounted support rates, remote support, patching, next-gen antivirus, backup option and monthly support time*.
Networking
Includes discounted support rates and routine maintenance on networking devices. Does not include licensing and vendor support. This service is quoted based on scenario.
Phone Systems
Includes discounted support rates and routine maintenance on phone systems. Does not include licensing and vendor support. This service is quoted based on scenario.
Hourly Consulting for Service Plan Subscribers
All rates are billed on 15 minute intervals for remote work and 30 minute intervals for on site. Drive time is included in the time used.
Hourly Consulting for Non-Service Plan Subscribers
All rates are billed on 30 minute intervals for remote work and 1 hour intervals for on site. Drive time is included in the time used.
